Additional charges & useful information
- Final cleaning: from €65 per apartment
- Local tax: €2.30 per night and person aged 15 and over
- Guest Mobility Ticket: €0.50 per night and person aged 15 and over, applicable since 1 May 2025
- The Guest Mobility Ticket includes free use of public transport throughout the province of Salzburg.
- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge.
- Towels are changed once a week. Additional towels are available for €2 each.
- Pets: €15 per night. Please note that pets are not accepted during the winter season.
- All apartments are non-smoking.

Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am
If you expect to arrive outside the usual check-in times, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation policy
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to cancellations. These conditions regulate, among other things, cancellation periods and any cancellation charges that may apply.

Travel insurance
Unexpected events can happen before or during a holiday. We therefore recommend taking out suitable travel cancellation insurance when booking your stay.

- Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
- Free parking is available directly at the guesthouse.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- The cable car, Solarbad and local shops are within easy walking distance.
